The upper roller of the machine can be vertically raised or horizontally moved. The vertical lifting is achieved through hydraulic transmission, which is obtained by the action of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder on the piston rod. The horizontal movement is transmitted through the worm gear box, worm gear, and screw and nut mechanism, which drives the horizontal movement of the upper roller. The lower roller only rotates to provide torque for the rolling plate. The lower part of the lower roller is equipped with a support roller that can be adjusted. The upper roller has a drum shape to improve the straightness of the product. Suitable for rolling various cross-sectional shapes of tank bodies for trailers.
